How to really lose weight!

Stop wasting your time looking all over the internet for the magic weight loss secret!

Losing weight is not as hard as you think, but it does not happen magically like some blogs and youtube videos make it seem.

Before reading further I need you to be somewhat openminded. I only ask this of you because most people find what I am about to tell you to be dangerous and stupid.

I promise you this could not be further from the truth.

Intermittent Fasting (The solution to all your problems)

Before I go on any further about why intermittent fasting is the “best diet”, let me explain what it is.

 Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting.

For example, a day is 24 hours long, in these 24 hours you will have your eating window of choice.

The window starts when you eat for the first time.

-WARNING! (Sugary drinks count as food too, black coffee, water, and unsweetened tea are okay while fasting)

Beginners usually start off with an 8-hour eating window, 6-hour eating window for people who want even faster results, and a 4-hour eating window should only really be used in extreme circumstances, like losing weight for a wedding(not recommended for beginners).

Once you are out of the eating window you no longer eat until your eating window starts the next day, hence beginning the fast.
